These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LashOS, operated by Key Designs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Service description
LashOS is a software-as-a-service platform for lash professionals to manage clients, appointments, imports, retention, and related studio operations. Features may vary by plan. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Use LashOS only for lawful business purposes
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape the service, or interfere with other users
- You retain ownership of your client data; you grant us a license to host and process it to provide the service
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled at our discretion unless required by applicable law. Free-tier limits apply as described in the product.
Third-party integrations
Optional integrations (such as Google Calendar) are subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies. You authorize LashOS to access connected services only as needed to provide the integration you enable.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
LashOS is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using LashOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
